Four generations, one name
B and W Builders has served the Willamette Valley since 2006. David is a fourth-generation contractor; he learned quality building practices working alongside his father and grandfather.
David’s way back to building
David grew up on his father’s and grandfather’s job sites. After he graduated he moved to Lebanon, and found out how much he missed construction.
So he went back to Oregon City to work alongside his dad again, learning the same quality building practices that had carried the family name since the 1950s. That’s the tradition we bring into your home.

What our customers are saying
I cannot say enough positive things about these guys! David and Shawna were super friendly and very easy to work with. They are very responsive and did an excellent job on our project!
David and his crew were excellent. They built a 48′ × 30′ pole building for me. They did all the paperwork for the permit. Construction time took 12 working days. David checked his crew on site every day and checked in with us. His crew arrived early and worked diligently every day. They were more than willing to answer any questions and kept us informed as to what was going to be done each day. The site was cleaned up every night before leaving. Price was very reasonable. Definitely would hire them again.
Ann, Halsey Had my house burned down in 2021, David and his crew did a great job reconstructing on the remaining foundation. Quality of work and strict time frame were met with no problems. I consider myself lucky B and W took on my project; you too would find yourself lucky to have them on the job.
Ed, Monmouth · see the rebuild Thank you so much for all the work you did on my parents’ house. It was such a blessing to be able to fully trust and not worry about what was being done there.
